Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with the factory seal intact.

  • All returns are subject to inspection before a refund or replacement is issued.

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except when the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@coolwaverefrigerant.com with:

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • Order number and product details

We will review your case and provide instructions to resolve the issue promptly.


Return Instructions

Before returning any item, email us at contact@coolwaverefrigerant.com with:

  1. Your order number

  2. Product name or SKU

  3. Reason for the return

  4. Photos or videos if the item is defective or damaged

We will respond with the return address and next steps.


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item (typically 2–5 business days).

  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 1–2 business days, depending on your payment provider.


Important Notes

  • Returns require prior authorization; items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

  • Items returned after 30 days are not eligible for a refund.

  • Returns that do not meet our conditions may be rejected or subject to additional fees.
